Ian was great from start to finish. It's the first time we have had the chimney swept as we've recently moved in, he not only did an amazing job of cleaning the fire, he also explained how to use the fire to get the most efficiency. Amazing service from a lovely guy at a great price! Ian went out of his way to help us out when we needed our chimney cleaning. A huge amount of soot was removed while keeping our room and brand new flooring spotlessly clean.
