Good service however I ordered 10ml LDPE vape bottles and they were no use as they actually held 13ml so 10ml was short filled.

Amazing!! My wife accidentally throw away the nozzles for my 100ml e liquid bottles that I ordered back in December 2019. I contacted them to ask if it was possible to order replacements nozzles without buying the bottles again. They sent me replacement ones FREE!! Excellent service and so helpful. Was very quick to respond to emails. 100% recommended this company
i never leave reviews...... ....However i am very impressed with the expanding product selection, competitive pricing and most importantly fast dispatch and shipping (unlike their competitors Ampulla!) Hoping to see the range expand even further so i can use Ibottles as our sole supplier going forward.
Very poor service from this company ordered 200, 60 -65 ml sanitiser bottles and 200, 20mm hinged caps in March within in a couple of weeks realised that they had only sent 100 hinged caps i had phoned the to ask if i could order another 100 caps and was told that there wasn't any from April to June i was told to call back and i emailed as they would be getting more in finally i gave up as i am getting nowhere with this company constantly fobbed off. while i will admit i should have counted the lids as well as counting the bottles but to be 100 short on an order and not offer any assistance is poor . looks like someone used this as an opportunity to re-correct their stock levels now i am left with 100 bottles that i can't get lids for needless to say i will not be using this company again AVOID . I only gave one star so i could review .
