Disappointed to say the service team tried to pressure me in to having unnecessary work done on my car. It hadn't even been looked at when I was told if the work wasn't carried out I could have a serious accident. I asked to speak to the manager who practically shouted at me until other customers stepped in. The work was carried out free of charge but I later had problems with a Service and MOT. Fortunately Candice was great and able to help with some of the issues. The charge was reduced and the manager apologised. I also looked at selling the car back but the valuation was lower than I had expected. Not uncommon but the communication was poor. A sales manager did try to help and was able to confirm the value was correct. Very skillful considering he didn't look at the car, know the mileage or even the year. Walked away feeling like they may have tried to rip me off. Complaint raised and apology received on the car sale matter, not much on the servicing side

Originally went to look for a seven seat car but went in with an open mind. Meeting Marcus who went over the choice in a highly professional and extremely friendly manner. Eventually decided on a 5 seater and after Marcus went through all the figures we left with an almost new car. Would highly recommend buying a car from here, their service and standards are second to none. Thank you so much, we will be back.

Hi I have had contact with the most amazing person of your team in SEAT Chippingham. Mo has been the most helpful gentleman to my parents on buying a SEAT Arona and finding them one that was newer and a better price then they were orginally looking at. I contacted SEAT Chippenham to ask whether I could pay for two Easter eggs to be put in the car on collection day as we couldnt see them due to Covid restrictions. (we don't leave near them and are unable to travel to see them) After talking to a gentleman on the phone which I had no clue at the time was the same man that my parents where buying the car from! I spoke about how my parents had been caring for children for 40-50 years and had changed so many lifes with care and love. Mo immediately wanted to help and even went out of his way on his day off to buy two easter egg and a card for me and offered to pay for it all! I was shocked at how kind and caring he was. Mo is amazing man and SEAT Chippingham is lucky to have him as part of the team. Mo is a credit to your brand and company, all I can say is thank you soo much from the bottom of our hearts for what he have done for us.

5 STAR SERVICE I’ve purchased several cars from you over a number of years however this time was my first time purchasing a new car. I came into Chippenham motor company with an open mind of a vehicle of any choice, however after looking around the show room the SEATS were what appealed to me. I was greeted by Matt - who I instantly thought was very professional and smart. The knowledge and experience that Matt had about the SEAT brand was absolutely phenomenal. He helped me find the right car, the right size car, and of course I got to choose the colour! The sale was not forced and I felt at ease the whole time whilst talking to Matt about figures and everything was explained to me. The easiest decision was purchasing this car from Matt because of his knowledge and understanding of the brand but also because he took into account everything I said I was looking for in a car. I most definitely will be a returning customer, and hope to be helped/dealt with by Matt again! Absolute 5 star service from him!
