I came here this morning with a query about a parcel that had gone missing and explained my issue to the assistant. He and some one in the backroom sorted the problem for me without any fuss even though they were busy as always with people collecting and dropping off post. Great service. Well done to all.

Was waiting in the queue outside (Covid rules) in time before closure, they took a long time and my turn coincided with closing time, they weren't going to let me in but I expressed I was waiting in the queue and my parcels were prepaid just needed proof of postage. Both customer assistants seperately had a go at me despite me waiting patiently in the queue the entire time! If it weren't for Covid and I was allowed to queue inside they would have served me no fuss! Their attitude was awful and as I thanked them for serving me they still proceeded to vent at me for being there 'too late'.
Need to learn how to deliver parcels to the correct address. Also impossible to get in touch with anyone to enquire where my parcel is after it says it was delivered, which it definitely wasn't!!!!!!
Limited opening times but always a good service
Would have been better if they had delivered the mail themselves, instead of making me collect it.
