You really need to train your staff better so they can respond more positively to people with autism.

Had an issue and was seen in 3 hours of calling. Got told was fully booked and closed at 5 but would ring me back if I can be seen. Had a call an hour later and was on my way. They actually saw me after 5pm. Sorted my tooth which was my silly fault for eating something hard. Such great service and totally understood. Thank you.

I first had an appointment with the hygienist. She checked my jaw and mouth thoroughly which I was pleased about. She and her assistant were kind and considerate during the treatment.She gave me advice on how to improve my brushing. I next went to the dentist who again checked jaw line and mouth. A thorough examination of teeth followed. I cannot recommend this dental practise highly enough. Truly professional with kindness and consideration mixed in

I’ve been petrified of going to the dentist for years, but after a relocation this was my first visit in a very long time and I couldn’t of been made to feel more relaxed by every member of staff, not just the dentist. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the check up, the full involvement in deciding future care and possible interventions.
