Paul and the team are fantastic. I have used the physio services twice in the last 5 years for my back/neck and both times I have been seen results from the first session. Would recommend for anyone suffering sporting injuries or general mobility issues.

He did fantastic work on my back in just one visit! He also has advised and given me stretches to do to help me in the future. Have now had few visits, highly recommend Paul!

I just wanted to add that six months later I still use the techniques that Paul Wray taught me. I had back surgery in January which fixed my pain but left me very weak. With his help I built up my strength and am now able to cycle 20 miles. I thought I would never regain that ability. I had had bad experiences with physiotherapists before I met Paul. He is as professional as a doctor, keeping detailed notes and always building on the previous session.
