Unfortunately this shop is now close. Do not bother to go in there is permanently close. Is a shame they start close them down. They have the best deals on the EE contracts if even better them EE shops them self. I use them on my last 3 update and I can say I was save a fortune nearly 15/ month cheaper then EE it self.

I went there and wanted to cancel my contract which just started. I wanted them to send off my phone to chitter chatter but he wouldn't do it "because it'll take really long". Or maybe because I told them that I'm moving to O2. What kind of difference does it make if I send it off or if they send it off? I just had to spend 7 for f***ing Royal Mail
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They have duped my 82 year old mother into a contract for a smartphone that she has no idea how to use. Great sales staff, they don't give a damn and refuse to cancel the contract!!!
