DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order with Chloris Tableware on 06/06/20 and got an email to say order was shipped 09/06/20. It is not 17/06/20 and I have not received my items. But they have taken the money from my credit card! Also - there is no phone number to contact them - AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS! They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it. I will be reporting them to The Consumer Council. UPDATE from my previous review In the interests of fairness I wanted to update to let you know that the parcel was finally received. Items were as ordered. However, I can only revise my rating from 1 star to 2 stars as I received no communication from the company despite contacting them for help several times. I spent the best part of 3 days trying to phone with numbers that didn't work, emailing and messaging and got absolutely no response. Had they responded to me, I would not have felt compelled to leave a bad review. In fact I might have left a good one - depending on the quality of their customer service. Note to Chloris Tableware - ignoring your customers does not help your company's reputation.
