Excellent. Three generations ate here today. I had the turkey roast, another had the beef roast and another had the pizza. Faultless. Lovely atmosphere and great service. Thank you. We will be back.

Had a roast here today and was pretty disappointed. The beef was chewy and who actually thinks giving one roast potato is acceptable ??!! They explained that they had a big order on but no excuse really. If theres not enough food to go around then dont take the order.
We went here for tea on Sunday although the food was good the menu was very limited, I had looked at the website before we went but I couldn't see anything about a limited menu... it was basicly Sunday dinner or pizza & that was it...

Rarely do I write a review unless it was either really good (or bad). In this case the news is good. Fantastic service from the very start for our party of Ten. The food was outstanding. I'm not really a Sunday lunch carvery fan, but when we go back I will be ordering it! It looked great and my young kids demolished it which believe me, is unusual. The rest of the party all enjoyed their food too and it was all very reasonably priced. During service i was informed my pizza had been slightly overcooked so they were making me a new one from scratch. Although I was disappointed to wait longer, it was refreshing to see that kind of honesty and find a place that actually shows pride in their food. Not content with that, they then told me I wouldn't be charged for the pizza as it wasn't served alongside the rest of the party. Couldn't fault the place. Will definitely return as I am sure the rest of the party will.
