Very responsive and helpful company. Dealer replacement propshaft was 1934 and unavailable for 3 months. North West Propshafts had an already manufactured shaft on the shelf for 300 but turns out my car has a slightly different part fitted. The OEM shaft was adjusted at no cost in under 2 hours. Fantastic service
