I got hustled by this company. Sent 2 Technogym ALE drive units for repair and paid in full for repairs and return after they told me that the repairs were done. They didn't show up, and they did not answer my calls or emails. When I finally reached them they blame it on UPS and won't compensate me in any way or give any refund. Both Adam Reece and Michael Ellis just ignore my emails now. Hustlers, stay away.

Strongly I can say that they are not a great company to work for. During my time here I was not treated fairly and it was unprofessional as people were not only very loud but there would often be arguments between offices. As you can imagine from a customers point of view it's appalling which I was told a few times whilst I was there. They were very sales orientated and staff well being was not there concern it was there weekly targets and monthly income from jobs that seemed to be there only priority. However there were a select few of genuine, honest and hardworking people, who this of course does not relate to. Unless you want a permanent position, I highly recommend you find another company. I can only hope the company improves for the benefits of their customers and staff.

Sendt parts in for repairs and paid in full. Did not return parts. Just ignores my emails and phone calls now. STAY AWAY.

Absolutely fantastic experience with ServiceSport, for months we have been trying to get a company to repair our Treadmill and have been messed around so much, until we found ServiceSport! From speaking with Simon and James their standard of service has been fantastic, within a week from posting the faulty item to them they had it repaired and sent back to us and we now have a working Treadmill! Several companies previous to using ServiceSport said we would need a new MCB and would cost over 1,300 ServiceSport gave us the best advise and were able to repair the device making us a big saving! Couldn't recommend ServiceSport enough! THANK YOU

They promised the item would be delivered by mid-may. I have sent numerous emails asking the whereabouts, calling their service line (which has now cost me 8 in phone bills), trying to desperately get a response and refund. I can only assume they are scammers.
