Ordered a new bone saddle from Chris and it exceeded my expectations, both in the service given and the quality of the product. Beautifully made saddle, fitted perfectly after the usual small adustments, and the sound improvement is remarkable. I had tried a couple of other bone saddles before which were either too slim or crumbled under the strings. No such issues here and I now have an upgrade to be totally satisfied with. All you could need is provided in a very nicely assembled pack, including sanding materials and even a DVD too. They care about what they do and it really shows. Excellent value for money and highly recommended!

Bought (online from his shop) a diamond crowning file (the one with the hard-set wood handle) and a fret puller. Fast shipping and excellent communication. Not entirely convinced with the fret crowning file (but hey, I reckon I'm awfully picky with crowning tools) but the fret puller is a godsent. Defretted a 5 strings 24-frets bass in less than 20 minutes. I thought I was dreaming or something. Very cool.

u003e Just a quick mail to say thank you so much! \u003e I fitted the new bone saddle this morning to my Seagull S6 and I can't say enough good things about it. \u003e The guitar sounded great with the original Tusq saddle but your saddle has given the guitar exactly the glassy edge to the sound I was hoping for. It's lost some of the exaggerated mid-range that was present with the Tusq saddle and keeps the bottom end well under control. \u003e Some of this may be down to the superb fit. I had to take about 1.5mm off the bottom but it's the snuggest fit ever and exactly the same profile (radius) as the original saddle. \u003e I wouldn't have believed a different saddle could make such a difference and the fitting instructions and abrasive materials you also provided made the job so much easier! \u003e \u003e Thanks again & best regards
