Absolute disgusting service received wouldn't even give 1 start but i had to in order to warn others. I was picked up from Bournemouth Friday night/Saturday morning around 3am, i informed the driver i had to pay by card and he refused to accept. I had to get out the taxi and withdraw some money which i did, i asked how much the taxi would come to and he advised me it would be 13.00. I only had 10 and at this time i was only around 0.7 miles from my home. He refused to take me any further and kicked me out at Boscombe Bus Station where i had to walk the rest of the way, i am a young woman and this driver put my life at risk and anything could of happened. I fear for any young girl that gets picked up by this driver and receives the same service as i did, DO NOT USE THEM.

I have used this taxi firm for years but not any more l phoned and booked my taxi l said l had to get a coach but when the time came no taxi then minutes later l got a text saying it would be with me in 7 minutes that meant l was going to miss the coach the operater said could not do anything Highcliffe coaches got hold of the driver and he waited for me then it was a yellow taxi that came to pick me up and l managed to get the coach so l would not be using them anymore
