Finding them hard to deal with I have always given clean screenings but haven't been e-mailed texted or called about an appointment I missed on 15th February 2020 there needs to be more communication on appointments. I'm now on 4th keyworker 1st & 3rd keyworkers Always made appointments its Now leaving me after being service user for years in A situation.
