Thanks to bike fit from Mark, I no longer suffer from the back and foot pain I was previously suffering from despite only commuting a few miles on the bike. Mark did a fantastic job at explaining each part of the bike fit in a friendly and easy to understand way, and was meticulous at getting the fit perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend Mark for a bike fit regardless of your ability and experience as you are sure to come away from it feeling more comfortable and efficient.

A brilliant service from the directions to find Mark's house to the fine details of the set up. I was most impressed with the small details I was not expecting to spend so much time getting the shoes, cleats and pedals set up. Mark explaned why this time was so important to the outcome of the bike fit, which made a great deal of sense. It's the small things that make so much difference, the measurements and the fine adjustment. I'm very impressed with the outcome of the bike fit, the bike and the feel is so much better. I can see and feel the difference.
This was a real eye-opener for me. As a cyclist of 30 years, I thought I knew it all. How wrong I was! Mark was friendly and professional, and during my time here, I learnt so much. He changed my riding position quite significantly- and in the weeks since the fit, I find I can ride further with greater ease and less discomfort. He is a lovely bloke, whose knowledge of cycling history and events meant conversation was easy and the whole experience was brilliant. Highly recommended!
As a keen cyclist I had read numerous articles advocating the potential benefits of a professional bikefit but found most bike shops offering this service extremely intimidating. I was also slightly sceptical that I would reap such benefits but as I found my cycling times had reached a bit of a plateau and I was starting to get a few niggling aches and pains then I thought it was a good time to contact Mark at Ridefit. On arriving at Ridefit I was immediately put at ease by Mark as he talked me through how the process would unfold over the next few hours. Mark maintained an enthusiastic and professional manner throughout the fit and he was keen to explain what the various steps were targeting and how this would shape the eventual fit. I was really appreciative of this knowledge transfer and all of the general cycling advice provided which will prove invaluable in the future. As part of the fit I did start to feel some positive initial changes in my cycling action. This was more profound as soon as 2 weeks post fit as I was able to complete the Dartmoor Classic media route in a time over 50 mins quicker than my previous PBS. What's more there was no sign of those niggles and pains that had previously dogged my longer rides. My hill climbing has certainly benefited from the various tweaks made and my overall technique feels a lot smoother. My confidence in taking my cycling to the next level has increased as has my enthusiasm. Thanks Mark for all your help. I wholeheartedly recommend Ridefit to any cyclists!
