Ordered a Remedy 8 in the new year, easy website and ordering, they were awaiting delivery, what with COVID-19 and all...kept up to date regarding this delivery once here was told, messaged regarding delivery and bike set up once here bike was just a bit too big for comfort contacted Will via email and called and spoke to David... What a great company to work with, David checked stock whilst on the phone and agreed to build a new one up and ship it out and collect the first delivered bike.. Absolutely amazing service If you need advice don’t be afraid to ask people who know the product, wished I had done instead of relying on the internet and being wrong... Thank you Will, David and team

I went to look at an EMTB in 2016 and they allowed me a test ride on one of their Demo bikes.... I was hooked and I purchased Trek Powerfly 9 LT 2016. I returned a year later and Purchased another Trek Powerfly 9 LT 2018..... Then a Trek Rail 9.7 2019 and this year a Trek Rail 9.9 2020. The Trek is an amazing bike and I have covered some 4,000 miles on these bike over the last 4 years without any issues. When I could not collect one time they hand delivered it and set it up at my home. Excellent customer services Thank you Guys!!
Ordered a bike before Christmas, communication was good and delivery time was reasonable given the festive period. Bike was delivered by hand by their own drivers, built and set up for me. Couldn’t really ask for a better service for buying a bike - would recommend.

Ordered a Trek Remedy 8, they were the most helpful of all the Trek dealers in the country as I had tried others. The bike was delivered sooner than expected and the delivery driver was extremely helpful. Thank You so much guys.
