I had fillers 3 weeks ago with Alex in staple Hill clinic and beyond thrilled with my results. I had filler previously and already liked the shape, I just wanted a little more volume. I felt during the consultation I was listened to and everything was explained, including aftercare policies put in place. Now the filler has settled I have full, natural looking lips and could not be happier with the result. I would recommend the clinic to anyone, thank-you x

I am currently pursuing a claim against this business having had my face distorted for the last year or so . I have patiently returned for them to correct several problems, each time returning with a new one . After the last time I sent all pictures to Alex and asked for a refund . Her reaction was to turn on me and tell me that lumps in the middle of my face were perfectly normal to the character of Botox deep down at cellular level !!! I will detail with pictures all other procedures that have left me with a distorted face at a later date when this case has concluded . All I asked for was a refund for one service after many disappointing outcomes but Alex completely dismissed what has been done and how walking around with my face has made me feel . She also accused me of being passive aggressive which is a point that has hurt the most . I wouldn’t know how to be passive aggressive. As soon as I complained I was then blocked from leaving a review on their face book page .

I absolutely love it at the clinic, I’ve been in twice now! Once for Lip filler and second for lip flip Botox and I can’t recommend enough. Everyone is so lovely and friendly, always clean and fresh too. Booked back in for top up filler in December at Staple Hill ️
