STAY AWAY FROM CIGNA. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I've been with CIGNA for several years and have spent thousands of euros on nothing. I went to the doctor and sent the bills to CIGNA until today after several months I still haven't got a refund. The same excuses over and over again. - Messages will be replied weeks later. - request for call will be weeks later or ignored. - life chat is turned off. - the broker you make the contract is just looking for excuses as well. - CIGNA will take money from your account even if you tell them to not do it till all is sorted out. - Dont waste your money and your time. They will take your money and keep on taking it. Just stress and headache with them instead to be an no headache insurance and care about the health of they clients

Avoid. Do not cover fee assured doctors. Had workplace health and dental in the UK with them. They only push their partner BMI hospitals on you otherwise they don't cover the charges. BMI are much slower than the NHS and I'd say a lot more unproffesional. Your only other option is to call arround and ask doctors personal assistants for quotes. I honestly hope the NHS never gets sold off to the US as if this is the alternative it is simply alwful. These people have left me in pain and in need of surgical intervention.
