I had a complaint about a warranty claim on my MG3 so I sent an email to Winner Garage about it. I got a phone call from a very angry man claiming to be the owner who flatly denied that I had a valid claim. He said he had everything written down and would not allow me to suggest that a mistake could have been made. When I tried to put my point of view, he interupted me and repeated that he had everything written down... He was extremely patronising, repeatedly calling me \my friend\ until I pointed out that I was a customer, not a friend. He made the assumption that I had bought my car second hand, in fact I had purchased it new from another dealer. Then he had the gall to tell me that I could get my car serviced at his garage. That's not going to happen! Because he wouldn't listen I am not going to persue the matter, I will write off the cost of a replacement bonnet catch. Winner Garage can write of the profit they would have made on a new car. My other car is due to be replaced and the MG3 ZS and the Skoda Kodiaq were on the shortlist.
