A very successful visit. I was seen within minutes of arriving and slightly before my appointment time, by an extremely friendly and efficient doctor. She not only explained the procedure to me, but also reasons why I had the condition she was treating and what future treatment could be necessary. All done with such warmth and good humour that it became a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you

I have had a very positive experience of this service. The physios are fabulous, and have really helped me several times - with explanation and advice, exercises and other interventions, and they have all been very supportive and encouraging. They really listen. I was referred by one physio (wow! that's cool) to a GP with special interest at the service, for persistent problems, and the Dr could not have been more thorough and helpful. Again, I was really listened to and investigated. A slight niggle with booking follow up, but I rang and they fixed it within 24 hours. Many thanks to everyone at this service.

My experience with msk was very positive. I found the staff very positive and friendly. The building was fresh and very clean. I had an appointment with a very helpful consultant down to earth consultant I was given time in my appointment. I have been passed to the physio dept. Which I am sure will be just as helpful.

Its been a year since my last appointment and had nothing since. Have chased and still nothing. In so much pain with no relief and no further forward. Doctor was nice when i did see her.
