Very disappointed with this place. The reviews are true - the woman, who I assume is the owner, is rude and very unhelpful. Why shop local when this is the service you get? It's almost like she doesn't want you to buy anything and every question is offensive to her like you're wasting her time. She sucks the joy out of buying balloons and party things for the people you love. To the Lady herself: please note these people's feedback and get a better attitude. I won't consider your shop again because of it. Furthermore, you promised my order would be ready on time - it wasn't. You didn't have what I had paid for when I came to collect it. You didn't offer a refund, or call me in advance to let me know. Why have a party shop if you plan on being so miserable?

I was looking for helium balloons and Circus Circus was the closest to me that popped up in the Google Maps search. The website noted delivery was available, you just had to call them to arrange. So, I called.. not only could they deliver, they did so within 2 hours! Praise be to the god of disorganised mums! Saved me a trip too :)
Circus Circus helped me out when let down at the last minute my another supplier. Prompt, friendly service and great quality products. Thanks!

I ordered a lovely assortment of balloons from Circus circus the lady on the phone was very helpful and delivered the balloons the time I requested. One of the balloons came flat and when i called she immediately replaced it with a new one. Very happy with the service and will be ordering again in the future. Fabi
