I’ve had some bad experiences with other Pet Insurers in the past but Lifetime Pet Cover (Trent services) do what they say they are going to. Their communication is good, claim payments are timely, clear as to what the excess deductions are, and no quibble. My premiums are now high as we have an older dog with multiple conditions, and you do have to pay-out to your vet and then claim back but overall the service is 1st class.

We were really pleased and thankful with the way our pet claim was handled. The service was very professional and payment was agreed and paid in full, in good time with no quibbling. There were several issues which could have complicated things. It happened over the Christmas holidays, in Covid lockdown and we used a local out of hours service rather than going miles to the service connected to our vet practice. The emergency vet did not complete the claim form as requested and mixed up the claim number with the policy number. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
