If you are European it appears you need not bother to go to the Willesden Citizens advice for help going by my own experiences there and other peoples reviews on here.. About 2 weeks ago I was seen, first to see IF they can help, then again for no reason other to hand registration forms in to the guy (an English geezer) and to be told they will phone me today, Monday 25th November with an appointment for the coming week to see someone about a housing benefit problem. Well, Monday 25th is nearly over and I have heard nothing from them. I think this is completely disgusting behaviour from them. How unreliable is this organisation allowed to be ?? and is any organisational body monitoring this organisation. My previous visit last year was about debt and they did pretty much the same thing , except they phoned me with one appointment , at that appointment they told me I would get another appointment . So I waited and waited over 2 months and over Christmas last year. I went in to see what was going on in January only to find out they had simply dropped the case by claiming there was a misunderstanding. Ok, but they made no effort to continue with the case. It appears they use this kind of tactic to just drop cases or are they putting other peoples cases in front??? Going by the reviews on here Im not sure the charity commission should be giving them charity status at this point.
