Very poor service to our company. In the first weeks of the service the line outtage has been almost constant and we have temporarily fallen back on our previous provider. We are awaiting remedy, have been for 7 days, however it all appears to be just poor lip service as the failed performance continues. Be wary about engaging them and committing.

Roll out of city fibre in the Aberdeen City is extremely slow. Only a few places around the city received the upgrade.
