Dealing with Robert and Sarah was such a first class service. They was not pushy and listened to what I wanted and needed and I would not have any hesitation in recommending them. Worst experience! Trying to sort out a mobility vehicle. Long wait times. This is my second weekend coming back to get parts. Once seen all was sorted and back on the road. Overhearing a conversation between a customer and a workers. Not listening and dictating to them! MOT failed and con not get him back on the road till Tuesday! What a Joke. Not enough staff to deal with the overwhelming work! customer service training needed! I do not know why this has changed at the dealership? But what was good place to bring your vehicle, seem to have disappeared, such a shame. I will never use this dealership agin. I would not recommend this garage or dealership.
Absolutely perfect. The sales team Sarah was fantastic, she knew the ropes and handled the transaction in a professional way. Plenty of parking plus many cars to choose from.
