Bee Line Bouncers have provided inflatables for two of our staff social events now and we have always received an excellent service from the team. The online booking process is easy which is followed up with a phonecall in advance and on the morning of delivery. Safety is always paramount and we have always been fully updated on any weather updates which might affect our bookings.
Amazing company, great friendly staff, very professional. Hired a magic mirror, castle and slide for my wedding. Guests loved it, highly recommend.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is pathetic. The staff are rude and dress very unprofessional. The equipment is dirty and looks unserviced. There can sounds like it’s only just running and there pricing is a joke, unfair and the lady running the office needs to work on her customer service skills and someone who would know what they was doing may make you more money and keep your customers happy and satisfied. Also the business address seems to be a home address?
I used this company for a a grown up party. From start to finish it was brilliant . It's always a bit of a worry contacting companies when you don't know too much about them but I can't praise Lee and his team more highly. They talked me through the options, came up with suggestions and helped me make it a fab party. I think my family and friends agree it was such a brilliant time and because of Bee Line I threw the best party . They were professional, friendly and fun !
