Brilliant I currently have a warranty. Hyltreat asked to see photos of the area and confirmed it was condensation and not damp. Also gave me plenty of ideas and how to sort out. Very helpful and quick with responding.

Hyltreat were recommended to us after a home buyers survey showed significant cause for concern about the wall ties in the house we hoped to purchase. I spoke to Paul, and Sarah arranged for him to carry out a survey in a short period of time, after which we received a thorough report showing the wall ties had failed. The report enabled us to renegotiate the price of the property to pay for the essential work that was needed. Once we'd moved in, the replacement of the wall ties was carried out to a high standard. The team were always on time, helpful and knowledgeable. We also had discovered some damp in the property and Paul arranged for this to be treated at the same time as the work on the wall ties. Sarah has been really helpful in co-ordinating all the work and nothing was too much trouble. A great professional company to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them in the future.

A very detailed & professional report was issued to me, to allow me to make a decision on how best to deal with the issue. An estimate was also given at a reasonable cost.
