I had an issue with a brocken spare from a Revolution Reflex XX model which was over 2 years old. The issue was resolved by Stephen who arranged for a replacement to be sent at no cost to myself. That is what I call fantastic customer service going well beyond the usual support. Will use Kiteworld for my future requirements and would recommend others do the same.

purchased a cross kites air. Supplied with both lines on a single spool...nightmare. Never seen this before. On a windy day, it is impossible to unravel both lines of a single spool with out a massive knot, so why done the tight so and so's supply them on separate spools, it would only cost few pence.

Excellent advice from a family run business that really know about kites. After exchanging a few emails about what to get for my son, his 9th birthday present arrived a couple of days later. I had a slight problem and it was sorted out swiftly and to my great satisfaction. You can always tell how good a business is by how they handle post-purchase problems and this was handled to perfection. Thank you, well done and keep up the good work.

DO NOT RECOMMEND I ordered some rainbow tails and kite line paid 93. Received it but the kite line was too thick so I was asked to return it for a refund. There attitude was awful, no customer service skills. It cost me 11 to return it, that was four weeks ago. They have ignored every email I’ve sent since. They are still NOT answering the phone they say there short staffed and too busy .. I have no communication in four weeks it’s really frustrating. I will not and would not recommend this company. something is not right and it don’t look good . Stay away and save your money.
