Total cowboys this should be minus 5 star, I used this so called removal company 3 weeks ago . They sent two fellas to do the job, no problem with that, but when one of them has a fractured wrist in plaster you start to wonder. Getting the furniture in the new property, they damaged my leather three piece suite plus the dish washer and my American Samsung fridge freezer was damaged in transit, they took some photos then they phoned Reece in office to notify him and told me he will call me later. No call .I called him on the monday spoke to Reece (the company owner) he said send me some photos and I'll get my \fella\ on to it, 3 weeks later still waiting for this \fella\ (probably got lost on his horse ) .After numerous calls and emails asking for their insurance company details we are still waiting. making me wonder if they've got any insurance to cover any damage . So next step small claims court. So think before you use this so called removals company. Thanks for the reply you say I took the cheaper option, 300 CASH STILL WAITING FOR THE RECEIPT this was the only price you offered and there was no mention of taking out insurance I've still got the email you sent, Give me a call when Reece is in the office and we can sort this out, or does he want this to go to court because saying hes not going to give me the insurance details because I gave him a bad report this can be deleted at any time. Give me a call so we can sort this out

Can't get over the service we had in September. Polite, professional and efficient and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely workers. Highly recommended.
The guys did good job in terms of moving our stuff but as Reece mentioned he didnt bring any protective covers to cover our floors 1 they damaged the wall sides 2 they broke our tv We moved to scotland from england and we trusted Reece and his staff will do good job but all there work comes to vain when we receive our stuffs damaged. To top our huge relocation cost we had to spend on getting a new tv and after 15 days they are still not responding nor have they provided us with receipt. Walls and wardrobe were also damaged. I have edited this post in response to the review response u hav given , here i attached screenshot of emails sent and ypu guys blnever gave us which email id to send yo, we got this from ur website and if this email id isnt right u shud tel us, if u value ur customers u shud respond and tell which email id and also u shud mention u havent received any email, attached pictures of emails sent along with our broken tv
