Amazing service today at claires Tamworth. My 6 year daughter had her ears pierced and the service was excellent. Amy and Anne was the staff/piercers. Very professional. Went through everything. Cleaned everything. I do believe Anne came in just to do my daughters piercings as they are only having 1 member of staff in due to covid. So I thank you so much for making your customers very happy. Her earings look fab. She didn't cry either. Thankyou claires Tamworth you have 2 amazing staff. Rhonda Oliver

Absolutely disgusting ! Ankerside Tamworth store are shocking, asking to see my call log for proof of a telephone call that was made to me to tell me I can collect my order. When I said I don’t keep my calls? I was asked why?! Shocking never again
