Very disappointed with the customer service from this company. I understand you may be busy but to not answer any messages on various platforms or calls is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do you really not want the business? please fix your customer service skills if you want to excel in your business, especially as i am not the first person to say this. I would 100% not recommend
Contacted Class A Cakes to make a birthday cake plus cup cakes for my Daughters Birthday Party, all looked very impressive online and was very excited to be getting a style of cakethat she liked however, when asked to send pictures and details etc they didn’t even bother responding and I have now had to resort to a retail chain cake for her Birthday Party, VERY disappointing, don’t advertise if you don’t want the business, just let people know if you’re unable to fulfil any requests, this avoids disappointment and customers being very let down.
