Had 2 doors from this company ...poor quality but for some reason put up with them like this for a a few years . Finally they won’t even open and close now .i paid for a professional independent fitter to see if he could sort them and was told the problem is the internals or the doors . I contacted Classic to ask about the warranty .... fully understanding that it’s probably expired but expected them to come take a quick look ( maybe this would of led to them charging me for sone new parts or at the worse I probably would of brought 2 new doors of them ) the lady was defensive, rude and basicly fobbed me off in every way possible !!! Don’t deal with company please Remember all I had was a problem that could of been remedied by new parts or if they treated me right a sale for them for 2 new doors but the attitude from them meant neither could happen Oh also I’m still waiting for a message back from the director ..........guess what ? No one has come back to me If there was a zero rating I would of selected it Shame on you classic .... when lockdown is over maybe invest in a customer service course

Reliable hard working window installers. I’ve used classic on two separate occasions now, initially for replacement windows and then for a window to French door conversion.Competitive prices and nice products. Really impressed on both occasions with the builder and fitters. Don’t expect the guys to turn up in cravats with quinoa and falafel pita breads, the fitters are old school, they’re in and out in no time, with good workmanship and zero mess left behind. Just put the kettle on for them and let them get to it! Will definitely use again and also recommend to others
Lovely door and reasonable price hence the 2 stars. Sadly that is where the positive ends. We had a door fitted in December 2019, there was a mark on the glass, a bit of the colour had come off and we wanted a restrictor fitted so we rang and spoke to them the very next day. Someone came out to look, no further response, so then we phoned up again and they couldn't see anything in their records about the visit so they sent someone again. Again, no further response. Then lock down happened so I waited for them to get in touch once things eased on the lock down restrictions. Nothing. I rang again, no info in their records so they wanted to send someone to look at it yet again. I had someone due to come, that got cancelled by them, then I rang again and someone was due to come out, I told them I needed it to be 15 minutes later as I wouldn't be back from work in time. They agreed. Message not passed to the person coming out so I waited in all afternoon and he didn't show, when I spoke to him he had been and gone as I wasn't in. I sent him pictures of the problem as requested. Still heard nothing back. Rang again to find out when someone is due to do the work. Again they can't find any record of the visits so they want to send someone to look at it... Again! Only now, we have 2 more faults with the door. I'm hoping they prove me wrong and do a great job at sorting out the problems, and soon. However, due to the terrible customer service I can only give it 2 stars. Incredibly disappointed and wouldn't recommend them unless you have time to chase them up continuously and sit in for countless unnecessary visits.
Fantastic from start to finish. Classic have been working with us for the past 18 months to make our house renovations perfect. We’ve had new doors, aluminium bifolds, replacement windows and a new 3m feature window from them. They have taken the time to understand our project and help make our house look amazing on the outside as well as being warm and secure. The prices are great and I know the windows and doors will last a life time, great quality and really well fitted. We’ve had lots of great comments from family friends and neighbours and I’d definitely be recommending them to anyone!
