I took my Subaru Legacy here some time ago for some manufacturers warranty work. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with none of the annoying upsell found at many dealerships. I was recently due to get a ecu diagnostic check however I had to postpone at short notice due my children being ill and off school. The staff were extremely accommodating and understanding. I have found their customer service to be excellent.

Superb service today from the staff at Drayton Subaru. Car immobiliser fault and key issues dealt with in day at reasonable cost. As a new customer I couldn't be happier with the level of service and speed of repair.
Good dealership, no pressure sales. Just good old fashioned salesman with good knowledge & no back & forth to a finance manager.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Had a service there a few months back and asked a question which was unable to be answer told they would get back to me. Rang 2 week later to ask again due to no contact being make like I was told. Was again told they would find out and get back to me which never happened. I rang up again this time to order some new brakes for my Impreza cs400 again give the same answer on we will sort it out and get back to u with prices of parts and fitting. Again no contact made so I rung again to which I had the same response again to receive no call back. Therefore went else where to get parts. Thought I would try them 1 last time and rang up to ask them if they were able to get hold of a new front splitter for me to which I got exactly the same response again and again got no call back on the matter. I think this is a disgrace when someone owns a Subaru and is trying to get genuine parts through there dealership to have the same issue on 4 occasions. I am never using them again and would advice others not to either.

While on our holiday our Legacy had a small problem with infotainment system, We called Mathew to see if could fit us in, nothing but helpful and had us sorted in 30 mins, at very little cost, 5 star service..Thankyou.
