I used Cleaners of London for an end of tenancy clean. They were communicative prior to the clean, and I had already moved out of the property so to be honest I don't know how well a job they did, however I did get my deposit back so it must have been decent! Though my landlord is selling the property and I am on good terms with him, so I don't know how thorough of a sweep they did for the inventory checks. I am sure the clean was sufficient, and I would use again.

BEWARE of this company and please read this before deciding to book with them! Cleaners of London's prices look appealing but in reality you will end up paying double for the work they have not done! I booked a deep cleaning with Cleaners of London, the cleaner arrived with 3 HOURS OF DELAY and as you can see from the pictures, clearly ended up rushing the cleaning. The cost estimate I paid for included deep cleaning of the bathroom, washing machine, dish washer and toaster - look at the attached picture and judge by yourself, is this really the result you expect from a PROFESSIONAL DEEP cleaning company? As if it was not enough, after my complaint to the Sales Assistants Jo and Kristine, which included sending them a report (including pictures and comments on poor cleaning quality) filed from a registered inspection company dated the day after the cleaning, I've been asked to pay extra 50 GBP for the cleaner to go back and finish the work he was supposed to have already done. When asked why was the work not done before they both disappeared. It's 10 days I've been following up non stop with no answer, which reading the other reviews on this company seems to be a trend. Now I'm only left with having to pay another company to get my deposit back. DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE!

They were prompt, quick and professional. Also communicated throughout and even managed to come early (having asked) which meant I was able to vacate the property sooner. They even were incredibly flexible when I didn't have cash to hand to pay them. Would definitely recommend 100 times over!

I have booked for the \end of tenancy cleaning\, with extra cleaning service for the bathroom, the cleaners demanded 30 more than the price booked online, because they have to clean the bath tub and toilet with \extra effort\! Or else they will cancel the order and deduct 50% of what I have paid online. Upon calling the manager for 20 mins, and she assured the best results, as the cleaners are their best ones, or else they will come back and clean till it's to the landlord's satisfactory, I made the worst decision ever by agreeing with them. When the landlord's agent send the feedback which request the cleaners to return, they ignored my emails and calls, and I have to end up paying a new cleaning company for the whole job. Please be cautious when choosing them for your end of tenancy cleaning.
