Initial estimate was done via a face to face meeting. The business owner Anna turned up on time, discussed my requirements in detail, and booked in the first job. The cleaner turned up on time, completed the work that had been discussed and then actually exceeded my expectations - additional work had been done and the flat was spotless. To date the cleaner has visited three times and visitors have commented on how thorough the work has been. Crystal Cleaning are also very reasonably priced; cheaper than other firms I have used.

My cleaner Mariola is just fantastic, she works extremely hard and she is very enthusiastic, punctual and courteous. Her cleaning standards are 10/10 and she has been the most trustworthy cleaner I've ever had. I can't recommend her enough
