We had our hot tub delivered yesterday. We are very happy with it and with the excellent service we received, which was very friendly and professional from start to finish. They had tubs in stock which was a great find in the current situation and delivered outside of their normal delivery area for us. Del was extremely helpful and honest from the first time I spoke to him. He was easy to get hold of and responded to queries quickly. He stored the hot tub for us until we were ready for it. Delivery was arranged to suit us and on time. The installation process was quick and efficient. Del and his assistant are a great double act and are both very knowledgeable and experienced. They provided easily understandable instructions for how to maintain the tub and showed us very simply how to do everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Today our new hot tub was delivered from clear natural spas. From our first visit to the showroom we could not have been more impressed with the service and information we received. The delivery was on time and was carried out fantastically. I could not fault any of the staff who were so friendly, professional and provided lots of helpful information and assistance. We have had our new spa for a few weeks now and it is a fantastic tub. The Clear Natural Spa team gave great advice. From the start you are made to feel at home with the people instantly. The delivery was on time and faultless, with very happy, friendly people who are extremely knowledgeable and actually want to help because they love their job. The tub and chemical introduction was explained very well so you can understand, and the step by step maintenance sheets supplied walk you through all the requirements. It has been a very happy experience and we would highly recommend Clear Natural Spa.

Excellent service all round. Engineers replaced the pump on my 10 year old tub with no problems at all. Gave it a good checkover and we were back to enjoying the tub that evening. Godsend during lockdown!!

Excellent service from the moment we entered the showroom through to installation and follow up. Very knowledgeable staff. Installation was completed when scheduled and very professionally by Rich and Dennis. They cleaned everything away after installation and gave very detailed instructions on the after care that were easy to follow. We are delighted with our new hot tub and would definitely recommend Del and his team.
