Rexshack Fishing

Great place to fish staff very friendly clean and tidy however it was very busy and we were allocated peg 1 which had limited fishing options (bay area) and the lake is full of small carp which presented issues throughout our 48 hour session. Would I go back probably yes but not until the small fish have been netted

I have fished this lake for years, never blanked. or been troubled with to many small fish, have caught most carp in the lake. Staff excellent, now good friends. Excellent advice if required. They are replacing the huts, but people keep writing on the walls, criminal damage. Not your property. Also the amount of rubbish people leave behind is not acceptable, hiding it down the side of the shed is not recycling. The staff work tiresly to keep this s top not fishery, let's help them keep it this way. Just fine two nights. 22/23, 7 fish, 18 lb common. Also aware of many good fish also being caught by other anglers, all high doubles and some 20s

Had a really enjoyable visit to the fishery The cabin I stayed was really good for a fishery standard and good value for money Lady in reception was very polite and pleasant Fish stocks are good and there's some really nice fish in the lake Toilet and showers and very fair price for 24hrs fishing I noticed some cabins weren't as good as one I had but obviously work is being done and it takes time Only bad point was little fish but I caught 4 lovely carp all over 18lb Thanks for a lovely stay I will be returning

I love coming here to fish best fisheries around south west I'm hoping come over within next 2 weeks for day staff are helpful well done to mark and the crew keeping the fisheries going for all these years highly recommended for everyone loves carp fishing
