The report and associated cost were promptly discussed before any work was carried out. The Lower control arm bushings were marked and retained to demonstrate the true extent of the wear to give that extra peace of mind!!. TOP JOB

These are supposed to be Mercedes Specialists. I would never use the expression 'Specialists' for this company. Booked my Mercedes ML420 4Matic in for a diagnosis as it was loosing coolant and Steve the owner said he couldn't even do a pressure test on it or diagnose what the fault was. I spent most of the day there, took a day off work and walked miles to Clevedon Beach and then walked back to find out he hadn't diagnosed the issue. Fair enough he didn't charge me but, I took a day off work without pay. When I called the AA out, he did a pressure test no problem on the car. Loads of pressure at the top so, I then bit the bullet and booked it into Mercedes in Cheltenham. What a difference. They diagnosed it within 30 minutes as a head gasket issue. I then asked Steve on three separate occasions to price up the work and then chased Lee up and still no word from them! To say there are supposed to be specialists is a bit of a joke.
