Faultless from the original quote to final installation. The person visiting to quote us was very polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. No pushy sales techniques/strategies, just a very straightforward and quick visit. The surveyor was excellent and the fitter was extremely professional. He was meticulous, tidy and clearly very skilled. We have more work planned and will definitely be using Britannia Windows again.

1 star as no option for zero! Nine months since the deposit was paid. Six months since installation. Over nine weeks since the engineers visit. Five weeks since your last email and zero communication since then. Draughty, poorly fitted patio door still has had no attention and now other problems are showing. I suggest this is more than an \understandable delay\. Disgraceful after-sales!
We are very happy with the service from the visit of the salesman to the survey and installation. The installation guys were very cheerful and helpful, and we are very pleased with our new porch.
I am so pleased that I chose Britannia Windows in Clevedon to fit my new windows because every member of staff I had dealings with there has been professional and courteous. Their sales man Paul was very good at explaining the different options to me. We discussed the windows on several occasions and he even suggested that I visit the showroom to get a better idea of what the windows would look like before making my final decision. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase my windows from Britannia unlike some of the other companies which I came across in my search for new windows. The surveyor Gregg was very knowledgeable and again took time to explain to me what would happen during the fitting. Then the fitting itself went very smoothly. The manufacturing had been slightly delayed by the current pandemic but that is a national issue and I didn't mind because Britannia kept me informed of the delay. The fitting was carried out by Marc Glynn who did an excellent job; he was very professional, turned up on time every day, left the place very neat and tidy and most importantly the windows look great due to the fantastic product and his great workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.
First class supplier. Salesman, Paul, was friendly, very helpful and not at all pressurising. We ordered a new composite door with side panel. It was technically difficult, but the surveyor, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and made some very helpful suggestions. The installation was excellent, on schedule and the team were very friendly. We are delighted with the quality of the job. So much so, that we have since bought some windows. These are very well made and have a very pleasing profile. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Britannia and we are planning some further improvements shortly.
