They were very kind and helpful, so I wanted to love them, but unfortunately the service and quality let the experience down. On this occasion getting it made by a faceless online place may have been better, unfortunately automated machines are very good at getting measurements correct! The frame I ordered is a lovely material and look. But it was 2 days late, with no phone call to let me know, and no follow-ups twice when promised, I had to chase them. The mount dimensions are a few mm out in most places (e.g. left 30mm / right 26.5mm when we had agreed 34mm - 40mm, depending on if you assume the double mount is included). Most of these are small enough that they're not a big deal on their own, and largely just me being picky. The one which is really poor - and the main reason for my disappointment - is the clearance to the bottom aperture (see picture). To me this is *very* jarring and obvious, as it doesn't match the separation between the two apertures (design 101). The white space below is only 1-2mm(!!) - we had agreed 15mm beforehand below the bottom aperture (debatable whether this should include the 5mm of double mount). Anyone with a ruler could check this. I haven't been back to see if they could rectify because there is no time, I need to take this frame shortly for a birthday present. But the point is moot, if I was to get the frame rectified or re-done the only sensible choice would be to use a different company. The work is already done, it is the quality level it is, so here is my honest rating of that. Sorry! Kevin

Absolutely brilliant - reasonable prices, run by a lovely couple and they do a wonderful job. Far better than the one nextdoor to my house! They framed the table plan for my wedding (def not an easy job) and it looks awesome!!! Thanks so much!!!
These guys have been doing my frames for years. Always deliver on time, the frames are always made well and very reasonable cost.
