The team at Clinetix in the clinic and management are very helpful, friendly and committed to bringing the best experience possible to their clients. All staff are very welcoming and passionate about their work with upmost commitment to bringing high quality service. They do well to communicate pre and post treatment offering advice and answering any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this company and the staff team who make you feel comfortable with the experience. With previous direct contact with the management team I can confirm that they are well experienced as well as caring about the company, colleagues and their work.
10 days waiting for a refund and counting !! I only called for what would be my first consultation and since them it has been a nightmare! Tip: don’t give your credit card details to them! They start to use it right away, without your consent (!!!),even when you say that you won’t go to your appointment 20 days before the date!! I have so many messages saying “ give my money back!” But they just pretend they don’t get it. Always a excuse...Do we need to phone the police to have our money back?! According to the owner’s wife... yes! Shocking.
