On the website it says hair can be dyed, styled etc. I literally got my extensions out of the pack, dyed with matrix professional salon hair dye- brown so non damaging. The quality is absolutely shocking and I haven't even put them in my hair which I deffo will not be doing! Dry, frizzy and overall terrible quality- DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Worst hair I have ever bought, had cheaper hair that didn't do this when coloured.

Really bad experience in every way. I wanted to order the second extensions on the pic, which are shade ombre T2/6, thinking was a mix between brown and auburn, I received a sort of brown mixed with blonde, completely misleading advertising. This is not everything yet. When I purchased the items the delivery towards Ireland was and it is still advised as : Free. The same morning the delivery was due I've received an email from DHL for tax and duty, asking me to pay E41,00 for duty and tax and if I wouldn't have paid them the fees the item would have been shipped back to the company, which is based in London, but i wouldn't have been entitle to get full refund, but only the 25% of the total amount I spent. After a year being a regular customer of cliphair, buying different product for the hairs, I found this so unfair and misleading. Unfortunately, manager and customer service didn't do anything about it and also denied the fact that the delivery is free. Which ironically is what the site advised, but they didn't want to know reasons, i left a review on the site , but they deleted. Shame on this way to do business and the way you treat old customers. Don't buy from them. i t wasn't the first time they messed up with the shade and the length of hair, but at least last year I got exchange. BAD!
I would a 100% recommend this company. Communication is excellent, if you have any issues, the will get back to you very quick compare to other customer services. Very good Products, Top quality, amazing experience. Thank you.
I ordered double weft. ice blonde 20" hair. and i cried when i opened it. yellow hair with orange and black strands through, felt like fake hair, no shine at all, rough dry hair, frizzy brittle ends. i sent them back, and have given the opportunity for them to send me another pair. now reading the reviews i am filled with dread. are you sending out fake hair and claiming it to be human? because i have never felt human hair like that in my life. also to have to wait a week after ordering and still have no extensions because you sent faulty ones doesn't seem right? you guys made the mistake and i am the one having to wait even though you have taken money? if these next ones are anything less than perfect i hope you will give me a full refund issued straight away?

best place to get your hair extensions literally! I tried so many extensions and there is as equally good out there but for much higher price. I use tape in hair extensions and at first the tape was not strong enough, but the tape was changed and the hair stay put after washing. I use Cliphair tape remover spray as well and there is no pulling when removing hair extensions . The spray is oil based so the hair is very soft after washing. Great company would strongly recommend
The hair extensions despite being of very good value were exceptionally good quality. You can have different thicknesses, my daughter has thick hair so ordered the double wefted in dark brown which looked amazing, soft and washed like a dream, I ordered the single weft as I have fine blonde hair As double wefted extensions look too full and pull, the extensions also curl and straighten beautifully. They come in a box which you can store them in with a net. I've purchased many different types of extensions in my life having fine hair, but I'm sticking with these from now on . Janine wales UK
