I went to Kate's Bridal room back in Sept 2019 for my first ever bridal appointment. Being a curvier girl I wanted to go somewhere that I did not have to worry about dress sizes and could not have wished for a better experience than what I had here!! I must say from the second I walked in Kate's team made me feel at ease we spoke about my vision and expectations and away we went trying on the most beautiful gowns, and there is so much choice!! The team were so helpful and patient with me as I was unsure what would look best, or even what I wanted. I never felt any pressure to buy. After trying on multiple dresses there were 3 of my favorites and I went back and tried them all on again and knew which one was mine and Jenny (Kate's Mum) had said from the start I would go back to it from the first time I tried it on. I ordered my dress Sept 2019 and then covid hit and Kate's communication has been brilliant keeping me updated on when I could expect my dress and assured me this would be with me before my wedding date which is not until Sept 2021. I went back in Oct 2020 to pick up said dress and again it was a lovely warm welcome and Kate and her Mum helped me pick out the perfect accessories to go with my dress again no pressure and just a joy of an experience. Highly recommend Kate's Bridal Room to all curvier brides for the most wonderful experience!!
