Even though one can only get refreshments at the booth in the garden, there is hot food heated in the house, and hot drinks, and ice cream, they will eventually open when it is feasible, but dunsop Bridge is a good spot for a picnic, and just for time shared with the ducks, and it is the centre of England.

This is a fab little cafe in a very pretty village by the side of the Dunsop river. Food was excellent, especially the pea and ham soup and the scones and sarnies. Service was quick and friendly too. Make sure you don't miss the flat and quick walk along the bridlepath which runs down the side of the cafe and cross the river a little further up before returning past the Forestry cottages. Smooth and suitable for the less able bodied including a ramp to access the bridge. It also works up an appetite for the food to come ;-)
Lovely home cooked local food. Great
Love this place. Great place for a brew and THE best bacon sandwiches ever!
I’m not understating when I say that this is a FANTASTIC place to eat and drink. The food was excellent and I had one of the best cuppa teas ever!! The service was WONDERFUL, professional and friendly. They served my aunt and I although it was almost closing time and agreed to make us crumpets. What a beautiful place - will definitely be back. Negative reviewers, I don’t understand you!!!
