Great service, friendly no pressure selling with the emphasis on service & giving great advice. Bought a suite for a special occasion, which had to be ordered in for me & even did alterations for me, no problem. You get what you pay & this shop is reasonable priced, with professional & personal service which puts many other suit shops to shame.
What a fantastic shop. Nothing is to much trouble and i got everything i needed for the right price. I live in Birmingham and saw the suit i wanted, so i drove and got it. Over the moon with the item and service. Many Thanks.
Great traditional place
If anyone wants to learn about customer service go see Mark and Carl. These guys are some of the best I have ever seen. I go in for a casual look around and come out with something almost every time. I have shopped for most of my suits here and now my wedding suits are from here too. Attention to details with these guys is unreal.
