Worst customer service ever. Used to be really good, but since their move from Kings Norton, things have gone down rapidly. Wrong orders, emails not answered, below quality uniforms supplied. Phone calls remain unanswered.

Went early August hoping to find clothes. Only a couple of jumpers hanging. I had to order the PE kits at the shop and pay, the staff said 2 weeks they will arrive and we will update you ...NOTHING! The Top arrived 1 month later but still waiting 7 weeks for the tracksuit bottoms. Absolutely ridiculous.

Never buy from this shop I have been waiting 3 months for a cardigan!! No one is answering my emails and no one answers the phone. I will be reporting to trading standards!!!!

I do not usually post any reviews but honestly this is the worst schoolwear experience i have ever had. The shop was basically empty with stock missing and there were no sizes available for any schools. I overheard many other customers having to complain about the lack of stock. Also most of the staff seemed nice enough and tried to help as much as they could however there was one lady who DISGUSTED me and made me never want to return. An older lady, glasses & white hair, who basically told me she would rather me leave the shop than bother her. She was rude to many other customers also, she even shouted at one for not collecting uniform even though the customer seemed calm. Very rude customer service honestly this place needs shutting down as there is no use of it anyways!!! REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS!!!!! ———1 Stars
