Please do not give these people any money. Was told my qualification would be finished in June and it's now October. Was only allocated an assessor in June and he's done next to nothing since. I paid my 1st instalment in January. I received good correspondence until I paid my final instalment. Since then my emails just get ignored.

I was looking forward to do NVQ Level 3 I spoke on the phone with Zayne and paid them 1008.00 in full on 16.06.2017. I sent pictures and videos of my work with details, addresses, phones in July, August to the assessor name Jones. Answered questions of 55 pages. On 30.01.2018 I asked them why it is taking so long, then received the email from Thomas Walter to start again because they don't have anything I sent them. Following our conversation on 13.02.2018 on the phone with Thomas, he agreed with a full refund. From this time they never bothered to answer on the phone and email and I don't see my refund coming. I don't trust them they have done nothing.
Signed up to do NVQ level 4 in site supervision. This took almost a year to complete with numerous assessors. Even receiving an email off one assessor to tell me He had not been paid and warning me off. Also as part of the package was the SMSTS course and a first aid course 2 years on these still have not been done, I offered them an alternative ie doing my NVQ 6. But didn't get any reply. Contact and correspondence from them stopped a long time ago. I took out a student loan for the courses and have told the provider of the loan I will not pay a penny until all courses are completed. When I first spoke with Zayne. I did say that I am based in the North East and he said that was not a problem as they run courses nationwide and they can be done on a weekend. When I was offered a course date it was a 5 day course in Stratford. I can't afford to take a week off work and pay for Hotel's. Ridiculous. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere as once they have your final instalment they wash their hands of you.
This guys are crooks. Stay away from them. I did SIA door supervisor course with them and passed my test in the middle of June. Yet they are hiding away from me. No badge no certificate. Jonathan Humphrey is name of the crook.
