Disgraceful! Ordered for a 30th birthday but the balloons arrived 2 days early, totally spoiling the surprise, even though I paid 9.95 for a specific day delivery. When I contacted customer services, I was met with a dismissive and arrogant response on three occasions, and point blank refusal to refund part of the delivery cost, and even worse, no apology was offered at any stage. I have never experienced such rudeness and would not recommend this company or indeed, ever consider using them again.

Great costumer service and products. I ordered ahead some birthday balloons to brighten a birthday celebration in lockdown 2.0. Delivery was on time and balloons are nicely inflated and good quality. Personalised ballon writing is lovely too. Gift card might have been better as a print , it’s hand written, but overall very happy! Really recommend :)

Ordered some balloons well in advance of my son’s 10th balloon. Being a new customer I was anxious that my order wouldn’t get forgotten about it or be as I expected - well I needn’t have worried! The balloons arrived on his day & were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend Party Save Smile & will be using this company again for future occasions. Many thanks!

When asked for a delivery time they read the message and didn’t reply, then refused to give us the balloons we’d already paid for before, because we didn’t arrive at the delivery time they wanted! When we stated we’d asked for one they told us “We don’t reply to messages” Did go to leave a review on Facebook before I left this one but unfortunately the ability to do this has gone? Can’t think why! Edit - (In reply to their response) I thought my review would be a unique experience so they’d manage to link it to the relevant order, but apparently not! (Left the review on behalf of my mum)

Do not bother buying the balloons in the box. The box does not look like the pictured on their web, it is just horrible white cardboard box. Also do not expect anyone getting back to your email. Should go to High Street Party Shop instead, at least would see what I am buying. I do not recommend!
