I started CBT with Colin to help with a crippling anxiety issue. With Colin's help, I have managed to reclaim my life and accept that although anxiety may now be a feature of my life, it doesn't need to control my life. Colin is the most understanding, non-judgmental and supportive guy you could ever meet. One in four of us will suffer with a mental health issue during our lives, but if you seek help with someone like Colin, you can come through it. I can't ever thank him enough.

I highly recommend this place! Ii started going because I felt down and anxious without really knowing why! I am a singer and I also spent some time working through 'performance anxiety' issues To be honest I was really sceptical about the whole 'counselling' thing Working with Colin (although you can choose whoever you want) at the centre I've been able to identify different ways of thinking and dealing with things and I've identified areas of my life that I would like to change. It's made a huge difference to myself (and my family). You can choose a therapist that best suits you but for me Colin is probably the friendliest and most supportive guy I've ever met! Whoever you work with at the centre - you won't regret it!

Amazing place for support and treatment for mental health conditions. I would highly recommend it to anyone who requires treatment for mental health problems. I am a former soldier with ptsd who struggled with the transition and other psychological issues. Colin Caruth, owner and therapist at this centre has helped me overcome these adverse events. Without his support I wouldn't be where I am today.
