Absolutely fantastic was really worried about using a taxi due to covid 19. The taxis was very clean and the driver was extremely helpful. Put my mind at rest. Thank you!
Can’t fault the woman on the phone but the driver? Didn’t know his way around his own town asked us to get sat nav on his phone as we aren’t from the area, verbally abused me because I didn’t know directions to where I was going. He almost crashed as a result of not knowing where he was going then charged us full price for basically a white knuckle ride around Glasgow!! Absolutely atrocious...
Absolute pish service
Called a taxi, waited 25minutes as expected although not informed of. Received a text at 1.29pm to say it was here (no horn) grabs my disabled son and gets down the 2 flights of stairs by 1.31pm and he drives away right in front of us! Actually waving at him and shouting and we were ignored! How long exactly do you get to exit a flat or are we meant to wait in the rain for however long it takes for them to show up? Had to help my boy all the way back upstairs and call another cab cause this guy literally couldn't wait 2 minutes! Missed our train now for my sons Christmas eve treat in Glasgow!
